Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

BRENMAN Programs are digital learning products delivered through our online platform (FusionX). As digital products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience and offer a limited refund window as described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:

  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course modules.
  • You have not attempted the capstone project.
  • You have not been issued a certificate of completion.

After 7 days or if the above thresholds are exceeded, refunds are at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Issued certificates of completion
  • Free courses or promotional enrollments
  • Bundle discounts (partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to info@brenmanconsulting.com with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Course name and date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Razorpay payment ID (from your receipt email)

5. Processing Timeline

We will review your request within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

6. Cancellation of Access

Upon a successful refund, your access to the course content will be revoked immediately. Any downloaded resources must be deleted. If you wish to re-enroll in the future, you will need to purchase the course again at the then-current price.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content, contact us before requesting a refund. We will work to resolve the issue. If we are unable to restore access, a full refund will be provided regardless of the refund window.
