1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BRENMAN learning platform (“FusionX”) operated by Brenman Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@brenmanconsulting.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell course content, videos, or downloadable resources.
• Record, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce video lessons.
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, workbooks, quizzes, branding, and platform code are the exclusive property of Brenman Consulting and its instructors. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased content for your own learning purposes only.

6. Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing enrollments.

7. Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and accept the terms of that policy.

8. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully finishing all required modules, quizzes, and capstone projects for a given track. Certificates are non-transferable and may be revoked if we determine the completion criteria were not legitimately met.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brenman Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content ceases immediately. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
